Talk to a therapist, write your feelings in a journal, get a good amount of sleep, exercise, eat healthy, don’t isolate yourself- socialize, meditation, create and stay in a routine, clean and organize the space around you, relax by doing things you enjoy (warm bath, watch your favourite tv show, etc)
Short term memery loss, loss of balence, dizziness, and stroke are the main things to watch out for. Hope this helps you out. :-)
