Answer:

7 %

Step-by-step explanation:

  • i do not know if you use this but I use S.I=P×R/100×T
  • S.I=840
  • P for principal(the money you borrow or lend) =6000
  • T for time=2 years.
  • R for rate=???
  • In order to find out the rate, you need to substitute all these numbers into their respective places.
  • 840=6000×r/100×2
  • 6000/100=60
  • 840=60×r×2
  • 840=120r
  • r=7%

Answer:

c) at most 11.1%

Step-by-step explanation:

We have the data that is 97 ± 12, with 97 being the mean and 12 the standard deviation.

Now, the percentage of people who reached them for less than 73 dollars, if it were a normal distribution:

z = (73 - 97) / 12 = - 2

so it would be, a probability of 0.0228 or 0.228%.

But we don't know what distribution it has, but we can get an idea.

A and D discarded, as they are very high values, and 73 is well below the average.

B) is still a very high value.

Therefore the answer is C, at most 11.1%

Okay so this friend has a 8, 9, 10 as her options that she pays at.

8:    2,6        9:   6,3            10:  5,5
       6,2              3,6                   5,5
       4,4
       4,4

These are the possibilities of rolling these numbers. = 4 possibilities

4/11 (11 because that is the number of possibilities you get for two dice)

that leaves 7/11 possibilities of rolling and not paying!

36% lands on a spot that she pays at and about 64% possibilities of not paying.

Hope this helped!

What is x if 3x+2=5x-8?
anyanavicka [17]
3x + 2 = 5x - 8
Flip
5x - 8 = 3x + 2
Subtract both sides by 3x
2x - 8 = 2
Add both sides by 8
2x = 10
Divide both sides by 2
x = 5

That's your answer.

Have an awesome day! :)

nadezda [96]

Answer:

6(y + 4) = -3(2y - 2) + 8y

6y + 24 = -6y + 6 + 8y

6y + 24 = 2y + 6

Subtract -2y on both sides

4y + 24 = 6

Subtract -24 on both sides

4y = -18

y = - 4.5
