This object has rotational symmetry because if you made a partial turn it would still be the same all around, it doesn't have line symmetry tho because you couldn't draw a line through it and have it equal on both sides

the mean lifespan is 71.45 years, and the standard deviation is 12.35 years. Mr. Rodriguez would like to know how many days, on
RSB [31]

Answer:

Standard deviation, ∂ = 64.21 days

Mean = 429.21 days

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Mean lifespan = 71.45 years

Standard deviation = 12.35 years

Standard deviation, ∂ = x - µ / N

Where,

∂ = standard deviation

µ = mean life span

x = size of year

x = 70 years

Standard deviation, ∂ = x - µ / N

= 70 - (71.45 / 12.35)

= 70 - 5.79

= 64.21

Standard deviation, ∂ = 64.21 days

Mean = ∑x + standard deviation

∑x = 365

Mean = ∑x + standard deviation

= 365 + 64.21

= 429.21 days

Mean = 429.21 days

1) What weight of sugar syrup would you get if you made 70% sugar syrup from 350g of sugar
Soloha48 [4]
<span>1) If we mix up 350g of sugar with some water to make 70% sugar syrup, then 70% of sugar syrup weight is equal to weight of sugar, i.e. 350g
   total weight of sugar syrup will be 350 * 100/70 = 500 g
        2) Similarly, total weight of 30% sugar syrup made with 75g of sugar will be 75 * 100/30 = 250 g</span>

What is the slope of the line that passes through the points (3,-2) and (9,-2)? 0 3 -3 undefined
SVETLANKA909090 [29]

Answer:

\boxed{\textsf{ The slope of the line is $\bf{\dfrac{3}{2}}$.}}

Step-by-step explanation:

Two points are given to us and we need to find the slope of the line that passes through these two points . The two points are (3,-2) and (9,-2) .As we know that the slope of the line is given by \tan\theta

<u>Slope of a line is :-</u>

\qquad\boxed{\boxed{ \sf Slope =\dfrac{ y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}=\tan\theta }}

On using this formula we can find the slope of the line .

<u>Putting the respective values :-</u>

\sf\implies Slope = \dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}\\\\\sf\implies Slope = \dfrac{ 9-3}{2+2} \\\\\sf\implies Slope =\dfrac{6}{4}\\\\\sf\implies\boxed{\pink{\sf Slope = \dfrac{3}{2} }}
