Hi
This question really depends on your opinions. During Columbus' time, many monarchy's were hesitant on funding Columbus' voyage because they were satisfied with what they had. In my opinion, I wouldn't have funded Columbus' voyage because fist of all, it costs money. Second, if a random guy that I have never meet asks me for money to help him, I would obviously say no. Third, I don't know weather this would be worth it or not, so I will not fund his voyage.

How is federalism different from decentralized of power
gtnhenbr [62]

Answer:

We argue that federalism is a constitutional institution whereas decentralization is (the outcome of) a policy choice and that the two ought to be systematically distinguished because decentralization can also occur in non-federally structured states.

Identifying the factors contributing to and acting as determinant factors of health disparities during the program theory and de
zmey [24]

Answer:

The missing word is: Evaluating

That is, Identifying the factors contributing to and acting as determinant factors of health disparities during the program theory and development process is a means of evaluating the program.

Explanation:

First lets start by defining Program Theory.

This speaks to how an intervention (a project, a programme, a policy, a strategy) is understood to contribute to a chain of results that produce the intended or actual impacts.

Bear in mind that impacts may be beneficial or detrimental. Programme theory can be used to provide a conceptual framework for monitoring, for evaluation, or for an integrated monitoring and evaluation framework.

Once a program theory has been established, the process of conducting a theory-based evaluation can commence.

This refers to the art of testing the model hypothesized to explain the program and the mechanisms utilized to reach the intended outcomes.

It is vital to design an appropriate evaluation of the program theory as faulty designs lead to inaccurate results such as no program effect.

Lastly, evaluators must consider the impact of clients to the program, utilization of services, exogenous factors, relationships and interrelationships among program components, the complexity of the program, as well as the design of measures, timing measurement, and the length of time required to conduct a responsible evaluation.

Cheers!

What is Wahhabism? Where does it have the most influence?
Travka [436]

Answer:

The influence of Wahhabism is much stronger in south India than in the north. Groups such as the Popular Front of India (PFI) and its political front, the Social Democratic Party of India, have gained considerable influence in Kerala and coastal Karnataka.

Explanation:

Wahhabism is an Islamic doctrine and religious movement founded by Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab. It has been variously described as "ultraconservative", "far-right" "austere", "fundamentalist", or "puritan(ical)"; as an Islamic "reform movement" to restore "pure monotheistic worship" by devotees; and as a "deviant sectarian movement", "vile sect" and a distortion of Islam by its detractors
