A healthy lifestyle can affect in a good way, because actions like exercising and eating the right food allows to the body to let oxygen travel fluently around the body.

An unhealthy lifestyle can affect in a bad way, because actions like smoking and eating junk food can disrupt the flow of oxygen or cause obesity.
