We simply define foreign aid as the process international transfer of money,goods or any other services for their beneficial.

I like it somehow beacause of following reasons;

• It contributes to make good relationship among the countries.
• It keeps the feelings of universal brotherhood which binds all the people of the world together.
• Foreign aid helps to keep peace and prosperity throughout the world.
• It makes the foreign trade good. It don't let the dispute amiong country in name of trade.
• Developing countries will be helped by developed countries.
• It truely increases the GNP of a country.
• It uplifts the living standard of people by earning foreign currency.
• It helps in providing security to the countries like very backwarded countries and terrorism occupied country.

But it may have negative effects also.
