Economists mostly agree that the problem of climate change necessitates government action in the form of market-based incentives
such as: tax rebates to those causing negative externalities. a reduction in the amount of gasoline that each person is allowed to purchase. a carbon tax or a cap and trade system. a reduction in the price of green cars and appliances.
Economists mostly agree that the problem of climate change necessitates government action in the form of market-based incentives such as a carbon tax or a cap and trade system. A carbon tax is a tax imposed on the burning of carbon based fuels for energy generation, this approach will force large manufacturing plants to adopt more sustainable means of energy generation and hence cut down on carbon emission. The funds gotten through carbon taxing can be used in implementing adaptation measures to the scourge of climate change. On the other hand cap and trade system is a regulatory measure imposed on large manufacturing plants to regulate their gas emission, in this method, an emission limit is set for large plant operators and when they are able to cut down emissions below their limits, they sell emission allowances to other companies and thus generate revenues. This is an incentive that will spur companies to adopt measures that will result in reduced emission of carbon and other greenhouse gases.
Statement of the Problem: People are not serious about the risks of FLU because they do not come to the clinic to receive the influenza vaccine.
Research methods and sources of information: Research methods include surveying patients, Google Form, and Swim Road Survey. Both quantitative and qualitative research can be done. Observational and secondary data are analyzed to understand this critical behavior of people. In most of the research, we use regression to understand the relationship between dependent and independent variables. Secondary data can also be a source of information, in which previous research papers are analyzed and studied, and help is drawn from previously conducted studies to ensure there are no rocks.
Nature of the data collected and analyzed: The data to be collected is up-to-date, which means that the primary data will be collected, and I, as a researcher, will be personally involved in collecting the data. The analysis consists mainly of quantitative analysis. Methods such as regression and correlation are used to understand the dependence of one variable on another. The data is linked and includes information on the main causes of their aggressive behavior towards the flu, and why they are not using the influenza vaccine service.
Hypothesis: People are too lazy to vaccinate themselves and as soon as the flu spreads to the country they get a feel.
