We take activities of Solids and liquids equal 1. The reason is there concentrations not at all change amount of reactant at equilibrium in the reaction. Hence we don't consider concentrations of pure solids and liquids while writing equilibrium constant. So for above reaction, equilibrium constant (K) = [Sn^2 +] ^3 x 1 / [Fe^3+]^2 x 1. 12.0 g NaHSO4 (MM: 120.1 g/mol) is dissolved in water to make a 2.00 L solution. What is the molarity of the resulting NaHSO4 so
dexar [7]

Answer:

0.05 M

Explanation:

First we convert 12 g of NaHSO₄ into moles, using the given molar mass:

 • 12 g NaHSO₄ ÷ 120.1 g/mol = 0.10 mol NaHSO₄

We can now calculate the molarity of the resulting solution, using the calculated number of moles and the given volume:

 • Molarity = moles / liters
 • Molarity = 0.10 mol / 2.00 L = 0.05 M

16. Which of the following are examples of ionic compounds? Select all that apply.
mrs_skeptik [129]

Answer:

KBr, FeF3

Explanation:

Potassium ion (K+) + bromide ion (Br-) make the ionic compound KBr

Iron (III) ion (Fe3+) + 3 fluoride ions (F-) make the ionic compound FeF3

NH3 has covalent bonds so it isn't ionic

Musya8 [376]

Answer:

n = 3

l = 1

ml = +1

ms = +1/2

Es paramagnético

Explanation:

1S = ⇅

2S = ⇅

2P = ⇅ ⇅ ⇅

3S = ⇅

3P = ⇅ ⇅ ↑

n = 3 (Porque está en el orbital 3P

l = 1

ml = +1

Y el número cuántico de spin, ms (↑ = +1/2; ↓ = -1/2)=

ms = +1/2
