I’m pretty sure Focus meditation is the right answer
FOR EXAMPLE:
Let's say you've been taking melatonin every single night to help you sleep. After a while, you may notice that it begins to take more and more melatonin for it to work like it did the first night you took it. You were taking one per night, but you end up taking 3 per night to get the same effect because your body has resistant to the drug.
ANSWER:
After a while of taking antibiotics, microorganisms in your body may become resistant to the antibiotics (which is potentially dangerous). This occurs when bacteria change to reduce the effects of a drug.
Some people take up negative coping methods such as consuming too much caffeine. People with high stress often use it to jump start there energy, and make them more productive, which can lead to a caffeine addiction. Others smoke, or drink in excess which again turns into a drug habit into addiction. Some people compulsively spend money thinking material things will relieve their stress. Finally, one of the most common negative responses to stress would be emotional eating, which can lead to obesity and other health problems.
Hope that helped.
This is false, because they do provide calories (actually a lot), but do not have nutritional value. They are "empty" in nutrients, hence the name "empty calories."
Heart disease and obesity.
