No, it is 4:5.... if you’re simplifying it... if you divide 4 by 30 it is 120 and 5 Times 30 is 150 so it’s 120:150 4:5

I am not 100% shod but it should be 12:15. As you are dividing both sides by the same number. The easiest way is to first cancel out the 0s.
