Answer:

303.975kPa

0.933kPa

0.099atm

112.509mmHg

Explanation:

Remember your conversions first so you can do this:

1 atm = 101.325 kPa

1 atm = 760 mmHg

A good pattern to remember when you are converting is always put what you want to convert into on top and the what you want to cancel out under.  (I hope this makes sense).

1. 3.0000 atm → kPa

3.0000atm\times\dfrac{101.325kPa}{1atm}=303.975kPa\\

See how I placed atm at the bottom to cancel them out?

2. 7.000mmHg → kPa

For this problem, we will convert twice. First mmHg to atm, then atm to kPa.

Although, you can do this directly by getting the conversion value of mmHg to kPa, this can make things more difficult to do because the value is small.

7.000mmHg\times\dfrac{1atm}{760mmHg}\times\dfrac{101.325kPa}{1atm}=0.933kPa

3. 10.00kPa → atm

Like in the first problem this is a direct conversion.

10.00kPa\times\dfrac{1atm}{101.325kPa}=0.099atm

4. 15.00 kPa → mmHg

Here we do another double conversion:

15.00kPa\times\dfrac{1atm}{101.325kPa}\times\dfrac{760mmHg}{1atm}=112.509mmHg

In a first experiment, a sinusoidal sound wave is sent through a long tube of air, transporting energy at the average rate of P_
PolarNik [594]

Answer:

a) Ф = 0

b)  P_avg=2*P_avg,1

Explanation:

<u>Givens:</u>

The phase difference is 0, 0.2λ, or 0.5λ  between the waves.

<u>Part a:  </u>

since the amplitude of the wave is directly proportional to the average rate so that the waves will transport greater energy when Ф = 0

Part b:

The two waves are identical to the first wave, the net amplitude is twice the first waves and the travel in the same tube thus

P_avg=2*P_avg,1

qaws [65]

Answer: 31.62°

Explanation:

Tenemos como datos:

Distancia = 18.0m

Velocidad inicial = 2.0 m/s

Tiempo total = 3.3s

a(t) = g*sen(θ)

              18m = 51.744m*sen(θ) + 6.6m

              sen(θ) = (18m - 6.6m)/ 51.744m

                   θ = cosec( (18m - 6.6m)/ 51.744m ) = 31.62°
