The rate per minute = 240/25 = 9.6 bolts/minute

And in 45 minutes =  45 x 9.6 = 432 bolts

In 1 minute of those 25 minutes 9.6 bolts were produced. 45*9.6=432. So in 45 minutes 432 bolts were made.
