First take note on the amount he drunk and how much he processes every hour.

Now make a equation

To find the amount he processes do the following

first make the percent a decimal. to do so move the . over to the left two times.

110(.05)= 5.5

He processes 5.5 milligrams per hour now add it up

by multiplying 5.5 by 8

8(5.5)=44

So he processed 44 Milligrams in 8 hours

now subtract 44 from 110 to get whats left

110-44=66

So the answer would be 72

What is the answer?
x+y=15
-2x+5y=-2
zavuch27 [327]
Multiply the first equation by 2

2x + 2y =30

now we’ll add the second equation to the first equation

2x + 2y =30
-2x+5y= -2

7y=28

divide by 7

y=4

now plug y back into the first equation

x + 4 = 15

subtract 4

x=11

Solve the equation of exponential decay.
BabaBlast [244]

Answer:

$9,220,000(0.888)^t

Step-by-step explanation:

Model this using the following formula:

Value = (Present Value)*(1 - rate of decay)^(number of years)

Here, Value after t years = $9,220,000(1 -0.112)^t

          Value after t years =  $9,220,000(0.888)^t

Descriptive statistics ___________, while inferential statistics ______________. are measures of central tendency; are measures
Leviafan [203]

Answer:

Descriptive statistics describe data from surveys and case studies, while inferential statistics determine if data can be generalized to other populations.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's look at the definition of each type of Statistics

Descriptive Statistics, as the name says, describes, properties or characteristics (that can be gathered through surveys and case studies), using mathematical methods for tendency and dispersion.

Inferential statistics, as the name states, infers, if samples from a larger data set have behaviors that can be then extrapolated to the larger group.
