It could affect it in numerous ways. Smoking can causing breathing issues such as wheezing, COPD, coughing, hoarseness all resulting in the inability to be physically active. It can reduce the amount of oxygen being received by major organs contributing to cardiovascular dieases and hypertension. The inability to be physically active can led to obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, poor circulation.
