Errors in treatment can include A. unintentionally omitting a required signature on the medical record. B. failure to treat in a
Pavel [41]
I believe B should be your only answer. On the healthcare level, you are in error only a certain amount. Omitting a signature on a medical record is against the law (considering you NEED, consent and or orders to be able to do something). Prescribing medications correctly, is actually doing something right. And if you have seen some doctors handwriting, their handwriting is far from legible, that doesn't mean that treatment was inadequate.

Failure to treat in a timely manner is an error on your part. and should be the correct answer.

During an investigation, Sam observes the number of hummingbirds that come to his large bird feeder at different times of day. H
marishachu [46]

Answer: Time is the independent variable, and the number of birds is the dependent variable.

Explanation: The independent variable is a variable that's variation doesn't depend on that of another (it's independent!); or in simpler words, it's the variable that is being changed but is not being measured. It is also often denoted by x. The dependent variable is a variable that's values does depend on that of another (it's 'dependent')-- or it's basically the variable that's be measured. Hope this helps! :)
