If you wanted a numerator of 48, the answer would be 48/104. But if you wanted an answer with 48 as the DENOMINATOR, the answer would be 18/48. Idk when you say "a fraction", but you're looking for a fraction with 48 as BOTH the numerator AND the denominator? That will be equal to 1, so idk if this is the answer you're looking for, but this is how I understood it STILL HOPE IT HELPS THO!

What is the answer and solution steps I’ll give you brainlist and points
BlackZzzverrR [31]

Answer:

the answer is b(-7/4)

Step-by-step explanation:

2(x+5)-3=(2x=1)+1

2x+10-3=-(2x+1)+1

2x+7=-(2x+1)+1

2x+7-2x-1+1

2x+7=2x

2x+7-7+2x-7

x=-7/4

What is the slope of a line that is perpendicular to the line that goes through (5,4) and (-2,-3)?
Snowcat [4.5K]

First, let us solve for the slope of the line which it intersects with:

m’ = (y2 – y1) / (x2 – x1)

m’ = (-3 – 4) / (-2 – 5)

m’ = 1

The slope of the perpendicular line is the negative reciprocal, therefore:

m = - 1 / m’

m = - 1 / 1

m = -1

<span>So the slope of the line is -1.</span>

a_1=2;\ r=-\dfrac{3}{2}\\\\a_2=a_1r\to a_2=2\cdot\left(-\dfrac{3}{2}\right)=-3\\\\a_3=a_2r\to a_3=-3\cdot\left(-\dfrac{3}{2}\right)=\dfrac{9}{2}\\\\a_4=a_3r\to a_4=\dfrac{9}{2}\cdot\left(-\dfrac{3}{2}\right)=-\dfrac{27}{4}\\\\a_5=a_4r\to a_5=-\dfrac{27}{4}\cdot\left(-\dfrac{3}{2}\right)=\dfrac{81}{8}

In one year, Angelica's height went from 52 inches to 56 inches what was the percent of increase in Angelica's height
AleksandrR [38]

Answer: 7.7%

Step-by-step explanation: First find the increase in height by subtracting 52 from 56. 56-52=4.

To find what percent this is of 52, divide 4 by 52. 4/52=0.0769. Then convert this from a decimal to a percent by multiplying by 100. 0.0769*100=7.69.

I just rounded it to the nearest tenth, you can change it how you need to.
