Answer- Antidiuretic Hormone (ADH)

When there is an increase in blood osmolality, the increased blood osmolality stimulates the hypothalamus, which in turn stimulates the posterior pituitary gland to secrete Antidiuretic Hormone (ADH). The secreted ADH then acts on the kidney to increase water retention.
