Peer pressure is a huge factor in teens abusing drugs. Their friends do them and get pushed into it too.
Another factor is teens having a hard time in school or with family, friends and relationships which might push them to try and get relief by turning to drugs.
Getting prescription drugs for an injury and getting addicted by accident can also lead to them abusing drugs in the long run. <span />
