Maureen has missed her period and has been vomiting. Which hormone levels will be checked using a urine pregnancy kit to confirm

that she is pregnant? I don't fully understand what the question is asking... Could somebody please help me with this

The hormone level that will be checked will be human chorionic gonadotropin. This hormone shows if she is pregnant because it is released by the placenta in urine. Placenta can only be present if she is pregnant. Hope I helped. Good luck
