1. What are your strengths when it comes to nutrition (Refer to specific nutrients).

Answer with Explanation:

When it comes to nutrition, I love eating whole organic eggs and salmon. I consider this as my strength because not everyone are into these types of food. For me, these are good sources of protein, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. Protein is essential in order for the body to build and repair tissues. They also help regulate the body's cells, tissues and organs. On the other hand, "omega-3 Fatty acids" prevent high blood pressure, thus improving my mood. I often eat salmon in order to ensure that I will have a lesser chance to have a cardiovascular disease.

So, before going to the supermarket, I make sure to include them, every time, in my grocery list.

Post title: It's never too late to ask for help.

Modern life has brought many facilities to ours. We have technology, fast communication and efficient means of transport. One thing that modernity has not been able to do is to end health problems related to people's psychological and emotional health.

On the contrary, it seems that the evolution of society and parenthood have grown along with these problems that can be very debilitating for those who have them.

We know how problems of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolarity have been discussed today. However, I have seen that little has been done to help these people find institutions that can help them. For this reason, this post is aimed at you, dear reader, who may be a victim of these problems.

If you suffer from one of these problems, or suspect that you may be developing them, the best thing to do is to seek professional help. However, I understand that consultations with psychologists and psychiatrists can be very expensive and many readers may be in financial trouble to afford this type of medical monitoring. In that case, you can count on your community. Yes, with your city, it seems unreal, but communities have developed several programs to help people with psychological problems.

First, you can look for universities in your region, as most of them have community service programs, where psychology / psychiatry students can assist patients and gain experience in their professions. There are also voluntary groups that serve the communities of grace and can greatly improve their condition.

If your city has none of these things, you can call the "Life Valuation Center" and ask for advice on your problems.

We know that asking for help is a very big step and requires courage, which is often difficult to have, but I know that you are strong and that you can overcome any problem.

Health advocacy is referred to the health skill which Ana is using to encourage her friend to buy some fruit or a low fat energy bar.

What is Health advocacy?

This is the process in which individuals are persuaded to make informed decisions about their health by explaining health information and their various effects. This helps to increase recovery rates and reduce mortality rate in a given community.

This helps to ensure that individuals are aware of the implications of their various actions or eating habits through how they affect the body system. A very good example is that a low fat energy bar will reduce the risk of an individual having obesity or cardiovascular diseases.

Common symptoms of gastritis are:
Tom [10]

Answer:

D. both a and b

Explanation:

If you have ever experienced a heart burn or gas build up then those are your symptoms of epigastric pain (pain in upper abdominal region) and bloating (gas).

Beware, gastritis is different than gastroenteritis. Gastritis is only talking about stomach and inflammation whereas, gastroenteritis talks about both stomach and intenstines. Thus, gastroenteritis might cause diarrhea but gastritis will not.
