So the angle opposite 29* = 29*
29+31=60 so theater angle = 180-60 or 120* 
The angle to the right of that angle = 180-120 or 60*
The angle to the left of 98* = 180-98 or 82
So X+82+60=180
Subtract 142 from both sides: x=38* :)
