Hank is closer to finishing his homework. Here is why To answer this question you have to make both of the fractions have a common denominator. Since 3 can go into 9 you can just change the second fraction. You would divide the denominater by 3 so you get 9 and whatever you do to the denominater you would have to do to the numerator. So you would get 6/9. Hank has 7/9 and Billy only has 6/9 so Hank is closer
