Explanation:

It is a common situation in office of making serious mistakes while performing a task and almost everybody once in their life time faces such situation.

While making a potentially serious error at the  job,  the most important reason for correcting the mistake is because it can cause greater harm to the organisation if the mistake is not rectified.

It can also possibly cause harm to others and the consequences can turn out to be worst both for the employees and for the organisation.

It is considered to be a good manner to accept one's mistake and learn from them.

By leaving the mistake as it is and by not correcting it will leave a bad example for the fellow colleagues.

Having experienced the same thing in my job, I think the most important reason for taking action after an error is that you did not want for other people to experience the consequences. This is especially true if the job is concerned with people as the direct clients or consumers.

Which of the following is (are) our best hope for reducing the stigma against those diagnosed with a psychological disorder?
artcher [175]

As the questions states "are," this implies that multiple answers are possible. In that case, all of these would be useful strategies to reduce the stigma against people with psychological disorders.

If people increased their contact with members of this population, they would stop seeing psychological disorders as something far from them and difficult to understand. Moreover, if they increased their education on the subject, they would be less likely to have prejudices or stigma against these people. Finally, increased equality education would allow members of this population to be more included in society, which would most likely decrease the stigma.

What was the difference between the goals of the Coronado expedition and the La Salle expedition?
borishaifa [10]

Answer:

The main difference between the Coronado and La Salle expeditions was the purpose with which each expedition began.

Thus, Coronado carried out his expedition to the southwestern United States with the objective of claiming those territories for the Spanish Empire, territories that had already been explored and in which it was expected to discover native cities full of wealth.

Instead, La Salle carried out his expedition along the Mississippi River with the goal of discovering the territories adjacent to it, and claiming them for the Kingdom of France.

Thus, while the La Salle expedition had a merely territorial and expansionist objective, the Coronado expedition had as its main objective the discovery of sumptuous wealth in the explored territories.

The British established their first permanent settlement at Jamestown,Virginia in 1607. Describe the previous attempt to establi
Jobisdone [24]

Answer:

Britishers became the first European who tried to settle in the North of America. After reaching New World, they named the colony as Roanoke, established in 1585, present-day North Carolina. Roanoke colony was not able to prosper because of the harsh weather, hunger, diseases, and hostile Indians. When John White returned from England after three years with more men, he found no trace of settlers whom he left behind in the colony.

Jamestown was successful because Native Indians were eager to help them in settling in the New World. John Smith also played a significant role in issuing strict leadership in the colony, which helped settlers to survive.

Jamestown climatic condition allowed the settlers to grow Indian Tobacco in plantations. The Plymouth colony established by Pilgrims, who did farming grew vegetables, and corn.
