Explanation:

It is a common situation in office of making serious mistakes while performing a task and almost everybody once in their life time faces such situation.

While making a potentially serious error at the  job,  the most important reason for correcting the mistake is because it can cause greater harm to the organisation if the mistake is not rectified.

It can also possibly cause harm to others and the consequences can turn out to be worst both for the employees and for the organisation.

It is considered to be a good manner to accept one's mistake and learn from them.

By leaving the mistake as it is and by not correcting it will leave a bad example for the fellow colleagues.

Having experienced the same thing in my job, I think the most important reason for taking action after an error is that you did not want for other people to experience the consequences. This is especially true if the job is concerned with people as the direct clients or consumers.

e. interference

Explanation:

Environmental noise is any physical noise present in a communication encounter. Other people talking in a crowded diner could interfere with your ability to transmit a message and have it successfully decoded. cestrela7 [59]

Semantics refers to the meaning and the interpretation of signs, words, and the sentence structure. It should be noted that semantics determine the way we comprehend others and understand them.

Since the The Free Folk look down on Night's Watch and use terms such as 'crow' to separate themselves, then this is a language strategy known as semantics.

Therefore, the correct option is semantics.

geniusboy [140]

Answer:

A. Meta-conflict

Explanation:

Meta-conflict is about whether or how to engage in conflict. In case of conflict between Jon and Ana, they further tend to engage in conflict rather than ease it off. "You don't know" is the negation of Ana who does not disagree without losing her temper. Ana, on the other hand, is ready to "confront the issue" which means she is prepared to escalate the conflict. Ana does not believe in avoiding issue, the first lesson in easing conflict. Jon accuses Ana and Ana is ready to confront.
