Explanation:

It is a common situation in office of making serious mistakes while performing a task and almost everybody once in their life time faces such situation.

While making a potentially serious error at the  job,  the most important reason for correcting the mistake is because it can cause greater harm to the organisation if the mistake is not rectified.

It can also possibly cause harm to others and the consequences can turn out to be worst both for the employees and for the organisation.

It is considered to be a good manner to accept one's mistake and learn from them.

By leaving the mistake as it is and by not correcting it will leave a bad example for the fellow colleagues.

Having experienced the same thing in my job, I think the most important reason for taking action after an error is that you did not want for other people to experience the consequences. This is especially true if the job is concerned with people as the direct clients or consumers.

Simora [160]

Answer:

TRUE

Explanation:

Anchoring and adjustment heuristic was first developed by two Psychologists, named Amos Tversky and Daniel Kahneman. According to Anchoring and adjustment heuristic, as theorized by Amos Tversky and  Kahneman, for an individual to make intuitive judgment and decisions, they tend to initially rely on information suggested by a reference or information that comes to mind first, this is referred to as “the anchor”. “The anchor” is the reference or starting point. And as time goes on, the individual would be exposed to additional information upon which adjustment is made until a satisfactory estimate is made.

The anchoring and adjustment heuristic is what Becky demonstrated as illustrated in the question above.

Answer:

organismic perspective

Explanation:

The Organismic perspective is supported by theories in psychology which all point to the common organization and unity of human beings in terms of each individual's inherent growth or developmental tendency.
