Well, that's because a gerrymander helps give a political advantage for a party so into this question why its a problem for the representative because the Senate has that political vantage so there getting worried that the Senate will get more powerful then the house of representatives could have. They also divides a city, or a state into a election.

Gerrymandering is the dividing of states, cities, and the country into election districts in hopes that the other party has as few districts as possible.

Senators are elected in a statewide election rather than in more narrow districts.

Compare and contrast what you know about the current U.S. government with government outlined in the Articles of Confederation.
umka2103 [35]

Answer:

We will notice that even though they were written within a period of just over a decade and mostly by the same people, the differences are quite clear between them.

Explanation:

If we compare the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution of the U.S we would get a fair idea of the differences between them. The Articles were heavily criticized for centralizing all the powers in the hands of state governments and leaving the central government at their disposal. But this wasn't the only distinguishing point between these documents. The two distinguished in several ways such as the judiciary, power of levying taxes, the number of votes in Congress, etc.
