Perception is a tendency to see things in predisposed manners, as we already have experience or previous knowledge with things that will turn into perceving some things while ignoring others:

This is why we can see many sides in a given issue depending from which background we stand and thus reality interpretation will have a bias.
Culture is: Learned through active teaching, and passive habitus. Shared meaning that it defines a group and meets common needs. Patterned meaning that there is a recourse of similar ideas.
