I believe the answer is: Factories often needed fewer workers.

When we had automation, the production method would be heavily relied on machineries since it's far cost efficient and productive.

When this happen, factories would need fewer workers and this would lead to an increase in country's unemployment.

Are you smarter than a preschooler?
anastassius [24]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

It seems that the questions need more context or some reference.

Are you smarter than a preschooler? Regarding what? In a comparison of what?

Generally speaking, of course, an older student has learned more things and knows more than a preschooler. An adult has more experience and knowledge that children. The information that a preschooler receives cannot be compared with other information that is taught in the following grades or levels.

Probably this question has to be followed by another question or activity to prove your intelligence.

While bridget is walking on the road, a bicyclist swerves toward her. her heart races and sweat breaks out as she jumps out of h
Vika [28.1K]

This calming reaction is due to the action of Bridge's <u>"Parasympathetic nervous system".</u>

The parasympathetic nervous system, or PSNS, is a piece of the nervous system. The nervous system sends signs to and from various body parts by means of nerves. The PSNS is in charge of all the substantial exercises that happen when a creature is very still. Hence, the PSNS is known as the "rest and digest" some portion of the sensory system. These activities can incorporate processing sustenance, discharging waste, crying, salivating, or winding up sexually stimulated. The partner of the PSNS is the thoughtful sensory system (SNS), which is in charge of "fight or flight" exercises that happen when a creature is choosing to battle another or escape.

Banks perform all of the following services EXCEPT A. store money safely. B. collect government taxes. C. help people save money
11Alexandr11 [23.1K]

Answer:

(B). collect government taxes

Explanation:

A Bank is a financial institution that helps with the management of money, gives out loans, and gets profits in return. Banks only provide a means through which taxes are paid by opening an account for the government. Banks help people save their money, issue credit cards, store money in a safe place, etc. It is the function of the tax revenue service hired by the government to perform this duty. Hence, it is not within the banks' jurisdiction to collect taxes.
