  • The equation for the reaction is;  6CO₂ + 6H₂O → C₆H₁₂O₆ + 6O₂; <em><u>this means that for every molecule of glucose produced 6 molecules of carbon dioxide are consumed.</u></em>
  • <em>Therefore, </em><em>to produce </em><u><em>4 molecules of glucose</em></u><em> the reaction will </em><u><em>consume 4×6 =24 molecules of carbon dioxide gas and 4×6 =24 molecules of water. </em></u>
