When ever i have to run for basketball ball we do these exercises beforehand
1. scoops- put one leg put one leg forward and keep it straight. On your
back leg bend it down until your arms can touch the ground. Then with a scooping motion with your hands move your arms up and forward until you're standing straight. up walk forward while you do this
2. dinosaur/soldier kicks- while walking forward lift one leg up to about your hips and then let is fall back to place. then after your first leg goes up swing your other leg backwards and lean down and try to touch the ground. Then resume normal standing position. Do this while moving forward. there is some more but I don't have the time to type them all. Hope this helps!

Name the different types of health and how they are achieved
sergiy2304 [10]

Exercise and physical activity fall into four basic categories—endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. Most people tend to focus on one activity or type of exercise and think they're doing enough. Each type is different, though. Doing them all will give you more benefits. Mixing it up also helps to reduce boredom and cut your risk of injury.

Though each type is described separately, some activities fit into more than one category. For example, many endurance activities also build strength. Strength exercises also help improve balance.

Endurance- dancing

Strength- Lift weights

Balance-standing on one foot

Flexibility-yoga
