The term for materials, such as plastic, that will not decompose is nonbiodegradable. Nonbiodegradable waste is waste which cannot be decomposed by biological process. Biodegradable waste on the other hand includes any organic matter in waste which can be broken down into carbon dioxide, water, methane or simple organic molecules.
In more simpler terms, It reduces the amount of oxygen and the blood won't be able to carry alot of oxygen so none of the important things inside the body won't get oxygen :3
