The term for materials, such as plastic, that will not decompose is nonbiodegradable. Nonbiodegradable waste is waste which cannot be decomposed by biological process. Biodegradable waste on the other hand includes any organic matter in waste which can be broken down into carbon dioxide, water, methane or simple organic molecules.

I believe the answer is non biodegradable. Biodigradeble means it WILL decompose, so nonbiodegradable would be the answer.

Hope this helps!
