Breakfast- Whole grain muffin, milk, bowl of fruit

Lunch 1- baked potato w/ cheese and bacon/turkey bits, steamed vegetables, and sliced fruit

Lunch 2- Peanut butter and banana sandwich, milk and crunchy celery

Dinner 1- Casserole w/ brown rice, vegetables, meat, and a yogurt sauce

Dinner 2- Chicken w/ Oranges and Avocado spread

Dessert- Bowl of fruit with yogurt

Dessert- Roasted honey and cinnamon peaches
