* Describe the situation quickly.

* Give the number of victims.

* Give the apparent state of the victim.

* Give the address of the place.

There is a few condition to ensure a high-quality CPR accomplished:
1. Depth= At least 5cm or 2 inch
2. Complete Recoil= Let the chest return to normal
3. Frequency: At least 100 times a minute
4. Minimal interruption = don't stop too much 
5. Avoid hyperventilation: Don't give too much air
