2/v + 2 = 9
First we tranpose the 2

2/v = 9 - 2
2/v = 7
we now flip the entire equation
v/2 = 1/7
v = 1/7 × 2
v = 2/7

Verification:
2/(2/7) + 2 = 9
7 + 2 = 9
9 = 9

Archy [21]

Answer:

-6x^6y^5

Step-by-step explanation:

you have to find p such that

(-3x^{3}y)(p) = 18x^{9}y^{4}

So just divide to find p

p = \frac{18x^{9}y^{4} }{-3x^{3}y} = -6x^{6}y^{5}

What is the range of AB?
lana66690 [7]

a, b, c - sides of a triangle

Therefore:

a + b > c

a + c > b

b + c > a

---------------------------------

We have a = AB, b = 140mi, c = 100mi.

(1)     a + b > c

AB + 140 > 100    <em>subtract 140 from both sides</em>

AB > -40 → AB > 0

----------

(2)    a + c  > b

AB + 100 > 140      <em>subtract 100 from both sides</em>

AB > 40

-----------

(3)    b + c > a → a < b + c

AB < 140 + 100

AB < 240

<h3>Answer: 40 < AB < 240</h3>
