The perimeter represents the amount of wood needed and the area represents the amount of class needed.  

so 2*(2/3) +  2(2) = 4/3 + 4= 4 4/3 or 5 1/3 wood is needed for the border.

for the mirror, you will need the area= 4/3 * 2 = 8/3 sq yds or 2 2/3 sq yards is needed.

you just need to find 1/4th of 20 and thats the total
