Yes. I remember that certain cigarettes and tobacco products use the term "additive", which some people misconstrue as "addictive" when to describe being free of such. These are two entirely different words however. It just means the cigarette has less processed product in their, but you still have the addictive product which is nicotine, and which is still present.
