All I know is that you can get a short-term diabetes when you're pregnant, because my mom had diabetes when she had me and my sister. It comes from the cravings, which for her were salty and very sweet, and sounded very disgusting in my opinion.

Sister chromatids have different alleles although carry same genes on same loci. So if it doesn't happen so, like if there are same alleles on sister chromatids then there is a problem in its formation. i.e., male and female alleles haven't contributed equally ( may be an error during their segregation process ). And obviously it doesn't happen in a real cell so we must understand this point. Because normally whenever it happens there's one half from the male and one half  from the female. (i.e. maternal and paternal alleles contribute equally).

MITOSIS is the cellular process that enables the cells to grow and develop into tissue. It is also defined as the process by which a cell duplicates into two genetically identical daughter cells.

The process of mitosis occurs in 4 stages; the prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase. The various activities that occurs on these stages brings about the growth and the development of the cells into tissue.
