Every organism has a proper environmental conditions in which it lives. When there is a change in the environmental conditions then the characters of the animals change genotipically and phenotypically.
This change is adapted by the organisms to survive else it will die due to change in the environmental conditions around it.
This set of skills which allows the organism to live is known as Survival.
