Typically, exercise intensity is described as low, moderate, or vigorous. For maximum health benefits, the goal is to work hard, but not too hard – described as moderate intensity by Australia's Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines. These guidelines recommend that for good health, you should aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity on most days, in addition to a general message of moving more and sitting less. This is the same for women and men. There are various ways to measure your exercise intensity to make sure your body is getting the most out of every workout. You may need to experiment to find out which method of measuring exercise intensity suits you best. Three different measurement methods include:

target heart rate

talk test

exertion rating scale.

Hope this helps!

Write a dialogue in which you use effective communication skills to explain to the teen the importance of knowing first aid. Be
Anestetic [448]
First aid is care given to someone before a paramedic arrives so for example..  If you and your friend are out on the trails on atvs and your friend wrecks his/her dirt bike and you are miles from the nearest help what would you do? without first aid your friend could die he/ she has a large deep gash in their thigh. It is bleeding bad and applying pressure isn't helping stop it. You remember something from first aid class that may help but your friend could lose their leg and is very scared. so you would try to calm him/her down reassure them and, then you apply a tourniquet to stop the bleeding.                             now you take your friend to the nearest help.   You just saved your friends life but, if you didn't know first aid he/she could've died by the time a paramedic made it to where you were.  That is why is important to know.                      that is what we were taught in my class it worked we all passed and knew how to apply first aid.            hope this helped. :)

The sources of differences in ethics between people companies and nations
alukav5142 [94]
The reason why ethics differs when we're talking about people, companies, nations is that all of these have interests which may differ. What happens then with differing interests is that it also lead to different moral and value systems which again in turn lead to different ethics. Most usually, the actual source why ethics differ is either due to the interests or wishes of a particular social group mentioned here.
