It demonstrates the reasons for rising obesity,  relationship between stress and obesity and how the future generations are going to be impacted by it.

In the documentary, sugar was shown as the main contributor to the obesity problem. Addition of sugar to almost all the processed food items has led people to consume huge amounts of sugar unknowingly. The extra sugar is converted into fats which ultimately makes a person obese. It can also lead to problems like insulin resistance, which further cause obesity.
