Yes. You could do this by adding solvents to break down any cell walls, centrifuge to separate the DNA, if you haven't got much then upscale with PCR, gel electrophoresis could be used to detect the DNA, and Sanger sequencing to find the sequence.

The answer is (2).

It is clear to me that the only way that there could be no affect of temp. on this relative rate of action, is there where the rate of action has ended. Precisely where the line has ended. Between 70 and 80 degrees, there is no action or no affect. :) Good Luck!

Homeostasis: you should draw the human body -the lungs and this as such showing if that's your level of drawing-

Stable: you should maybe draw a human being standing on one leg and completely balanced  or in control of their body
