(I’m from the uk and I don’t recognise ‘factor’ but I can solve the question by factorising (I’m not sure if they are the same or not so if you don’t recognise my workings out then ignore the answer, sorry))

You must get your answer and when you get your answer, you factor them.

y=a(x–h)²+k —> a= 3 , h=2 , k= –5

PLEASE HELP QUICKKK ITS DUE AT 12!!! An isosceles trapezoid is a quadrilateral with two congruent legs, a pair of parallel bases
lys-0071 [83]

Answer:

Trust me, I know my stuff.

Step-by-step explanation:

Use the diagonals to make two triangles. They will be the longest sides. We know two sides and an angle are congruent. By use of the Side Angle Side congruence conjecture, we know the triangles are congruent. Corresponding parts of congruent triangles are congruent, therefore, the diagonals must be congruent. Good luck.

What is the equation of the line in the following graph? 1)y=x+2
Levart [38]

The slope-intercept form:

y=mx+b

m - slope

b - y-intercept

The formula of a slope:

m=\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}

We have two points (2, 0) and (-2, -4). Substitute:

m=\dfrac{-4-0}{-2-2}=\dfrac{-4}{-4}=1

Therefore we have the equation of a line

y=1x+b\to y=x+b

Put the coordinates of the point (2, 0) to the equation:

0=2+b     <em>subtract 2 from both sides</em>

-2=b\to b=-2

Answer: \boxed{y=x-2}\to\boxed{3)}
