You just add all the marbles which is 15 marbles. Then how many blue ones are there 3. So you just do blue out of the whole. So your answer is 3/15

3 0

Answer:  0.2

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : The number of blue marbles =3

The total number of marbles = 3+7+5=15

Now, If Joe picks 1 marble from the bag at random,  then the probability that it will be blue :-

\text{P(Blue)}=\dfrac{\text{Number of blue marbles}}{\text{Total marbles}}\\\\\=\dfrac{3}{15}=\dfrac{1}{5}=0.2

Hence, the probability that it will be blue  = 0.2

Two cones have the same radii but one has a height four times larger than the other. How many small cones would be needed in ord
hram777 [196]
Since the radius is the same but the height changes, the volume would change by the multiple of the height.
In this case the volume of the larger cone would be 4 times as large as the smaller cone so you would need 4 small cones

The ratio of students who wear glasses to the total number of students in the class is 2:5 if there are 14 students who wear gla
vazorg [7]

Answer:

35 students in the class.

Step-by-step explanation:

If there are 5 students in the class, then 2 of them would wear glasses and 3 of them wouldn't. (Equation 1)

Now, there are 14 students how are wearing glasses.

We just times the whole Equation 1 by 7.

If there are 5 x 7 = 35 students in the class, then 2 x 7 = 14 of them would wear glasses and 3 x 7 = 21 of them wouldn't.

So, there are 35 students.

add them up: 300+40+180+24=544
