Primary consumers eat plants, which are producers. Producers are essentially he beginning of the food chain. Secondary consumers eat primary consumers. This means that organisms who are both primary and secondary consumers are omnivores. In this case, Organism A is a carnivore, Organism B is an omnivore, Organism C is an omnivore, and Organism D is an omnivore. The difference between Organisms C and D is that Organisms C eat insects, which are primary consumers, whereas Organism D eats fish, which are secondary consumers.
