No, it is not true. When you hold in your pee (aka urine), it can cause some infections within your blatter (sorry for misspelling it, it won't let me spell it right) and that would not be good. So please, go use the bathroom before that happens!

This is false, but holding in your pee for too long in some extreme cases, can make your bladder explode
