If I understand your question correctly then it's simple all you have to do is use the numbers in the place of the b and c so the question would be what is 8-7 which equals 1
4(4)+ 2(-5) = 6
16+ (-10) = 6
Sin (a+b) = sin a. cos b + cos a. sin b
a= 50° and b=40°, then
sin(50+40) = sin 50° . cos 40° + cos 50° . sin 40°
sin(50+40) = sin 90° = 1 and
sin 50° . cos 40° + cos 50° . sin 40° = 1
