Answer: Well no, not at all.

Explanation: Beign part of a group obviously comes with certain rights and responsabilities.

The one and only goal you have to have in mind is the common mission of the group. Besides of that, everything passes to second term. And of course, feedback and teamwork are an elemental part of a groupo but that doesn´t mean that all of your team members has the right to make decissions about your behavior. Opinions, at most.
