The sixth amendment refers to rights related to criminal cases in federal courts. In all criminal cases, the accused is entitled to a public trial and without hindrance or inconvenience by an impartial jury belonging to the state and the district in which the crime was committed, the accused must also know the cause of the accusation and face with the witnesses who are in favor and against him, so he must have a lawyer to defend him.

The Social Gospel movement influenced the Civil Rights movement because it applied Christian values and ethics to social issues. Race and the color barrier between white people and black people at the time was a huge issue that this movement focused on, among other issues of course.

As you know, MLK was arguably the most influential public figure in the Civil Rights movement. In a way he was also a big part of the Social Gospel movement in the sense that he was deeply religious, and many of his ideas for social justice were rooted in Christianity.

  • Representativeness heuristic is simply known to be the act of approximating the probability of an event by contrasting it to an existing prototype that may have been existing in our minds.

This prototype is  known as  the things we think that is more important. It can be said to be a mental shortcut that people use when estimating the likelihood of a thing occurring.
