From reaction number of mole NaOH should be equal number of mole HCl.
n=MV
n- number of mole,
M - molarity,
V- volume.
M(NaOH)*V(NaOH) = M(HCl)*V(HCl)
M(NaOH)*25 ml = 0.01M*50 ml
V(NaOH) = 0.01*50/25=0.02 M
