Calm down then talk it out


it this certain conflict made you angry or sad you should calm down before talking. trying to talk something out when mad could cause more conflict if u raise ur voice and trying to solve a conflict when sad just makes the other person feel worse, when solving a conflict you dont wanna put the other person in fault but u also dont want to put urself in fault, if the other person messed up talk it out and try to fix the problem and then see how things go from there. being patient and calm is the best way to let the   other person know ur willing to fix it even if one of u did mess up u dont wanna make the other person feel bad about. 
in other words calmly but honestly talk it out :)
