The three best ways to reduce exposure to UV radiation is usually to wear sunscreen beyond a certain SPF. Additionally wearing clothes that cover as much skin as possible usually reduces exposure chances. Or lastly.... You could just stay inside.

There are benefits however to having some sunlight exposure. Vitamin D which a very important Vitamin for bone health can be supplemented by being out in the sun. Additionally you would also developer a skin tone that would look better instead of being deathly white.... Which actually also improves your Vitamin D absorption.
