 This question is just a type of question that you honestly just need to punch into a calculator. However, if you just do a simple one-over-one addition of 23 and 41, then subtract, it gets even easier. Then, do another one-over-one but this time as subtraction when you take away the 7. Then you will do yet another one-over-one but for multiplication with your sum of your numbers after subtraction. Finally, do another one-over-one to get your final answer of 22,671. I will attach a picture of what this looks like as well as an illustrated one-over-one. Hope this helped!

A grain silo is built from two right circular cones and a right circular cylinder with internal measurements represented by the
Murljashka [212]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation: The volume of the grain silo can be found by adding the volumes of all the solids of which it is composed (a cylinder and two cones). The silo is made up of a cylinder (with height 10 feet and base radius 5 feet) and two cones (each with height 5 ft and base radius 5 ft). The formulas given at the beginning of the SAT Math section:

Volume of a Cone:

V=\frac{1}{3} \pi r^2h

Volume of a Cylinder:

V=\pi r^2h

can be used to determine the total volume of the silo. Since the two cones have identical dimensions, the total volume, in cubic feet, of the silo is given by

V_{silo} =\pi (5^2)(10)+(2)(\frac{1}{3})\pi (5^2)(5)=(\frac{4}{3})(250)\pi

which is approximately equal to 1,047.2 cubic feet.

<u>The final answer is D.</u>

. Shanice is making a garden. The area of the garden is 24 ft2. Use the following shape and information to find the base (6−4) a
crimeas [40]

Answer:

The base and height  of the garden are 4.60 ft and 5.60 ft.

Step-by-step explanation:

The area of the garden is, <em>A</em> = 24 ft².

The base height of the garden are:

base (<em>b</em>) = 6x - 4

height (<em>h</em>) = x + 3

Compute the value of <em>x</em> as follows:

A=\frac{1}{2}\times b \times h\\\\24=\frac{1}{2}\times (6x-4) \times (x+3)\\\\48=6x^{2}+18x-4x-12\\\\6x^{2}+14x-60=0\\\\3x^{2}+7x-30=0\\

The last equation is a quadratic equation.

Compute the roots of the quadratic equation as follows:

x = \frac{ -b \pm \sqrt{b^2 - 4ac}}{ 2a }\\x = \frac{ -14 \pm \sqrt{14^2 - 4(3)(-30)}}{ 2(3) }\\x = \frac{ -14 \pm \sqrt{556}}{ 6 }\\x = \frac{ -14 }{ 6 } \pm \frac{2\sqrt{139}\, }{ 6 }\\x = -\frac{ 7}{  3 } \pm \frac{ \sqrt{139}\, }{  3 }\\x = 1.59661\\x\approx 1.60

The value of base and height are:

\text{base}=6x-4=(6\times 1.60)-4=5.60\ \text{ft}\\\\\text{height}=x+3=1.60+3=4.60\ \text{ft}

Thus, the base and height  of the garden are 4.60 ft and 5.60 ft.

Identify the double displacement reaction.
Anit [1.1K]
A double replacement reaction occurs when the ionic parts of two ionic compounds are exchanged.

Reaction 1 results in a product which is a single compound. No ionic parts are exchanged.

Reaction 3 results in one compound being separated into its elemental parts. No ionic parts are exchanged.

Reaction 4 has two reactants, but Pb is an element and not an ionic compound. No ionic parts are exchanged.

Hence, the answer is Reaction 2. Both NaBr and Ca(OH)2 are ionic compounds. Br - is the anion in NaBr, and (OH)2 is also an anion. Ionic parts are exchanged.
